We do not accept returns on items unless there is a defect or an item was shipped incorrectly.
To be eligible for a return due to a defect or incorrect item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package*fees apply. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and support.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We accept exchanges or can issue a store credit, as long as the items are in its original packaging, unused and unopened. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, where we will send you further instructions. Shipping fees will apply.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or exchange, and let you know if it was approved. If a return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or issued a store credit (not including shipping fees). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If an exchange is approved, we will send you a updated shipping bill, once paid we will then ship out your exchanged item
