Prior to carrying an item, we ensure that it meets our high standards and that the brand is aligned with our own values.
We do not carry any products that contain harmful chemicals or test on animals.
The majority of the brands we carry are smaller bussinesses that specialize in handmade high quality products, that we ourselves have tested and love!
The vast majority of returns end up in the landfill, and one of our main focuses at Nature's Bodega is to keep the landfill a little less full.
Due to Covid - 19 and us being a small business we are unable to accept returns, unless there is a manufacturer defect or an item was shipped incorrectly.
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase we will offer an exchange or store credit on unused and unopened products within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us to put a request through; shipping fees will apply.
If there is a specific amount you are looking to purchase that is not listed, feel free to reach out to us and we will be able to support in a customized amount.
Every 4 months we choose a charity that aligns with our beliefs and values to donate proceeds to. Sept - Dec we will be donating one dollar from every order to The National Wildlife Rehabilitation Foundation.
Past charities include : Second Harvest Canada, The Indian Residential School Survivors Society, One Tree Planted, BC flood relief and The Canadian Parks + Wilderness Society.
On the bottom right corner of the webpage there is a rewards button. This is where you can sign up and start collecting points.
Ways to earn points: signing up for an account, sharing and liking on facebook, liking on instagram and every 1$ spent equates to 1 point.
Once you have reached 200 points, you may redeem for 10$ off a purchase *maximum 400 points can be redeemed per purchase

We are online only, the address listed on our site is our fulfillment centre.
Shipping + Orders
Sustainability is a big focus for us, and this is included in our shipping practices.
We ship all orders in recycled kraft paper cartons, and secure the package with plastic free kraft paper tape. Our shipping labels, from Eco Enclose, are 100% post consumer recycled as well as curb side recyclable.
If there are fragile items in an order that need extra coushining, we use 100% biodegradable packing peanuts (plant derived), just run under water and watch them dissolve!
It is not required to set up an account to place an order, but we do strongly suggest that you create an account.
Creating an account allows you to enroll in our rewards program, view your past orders, as well as save shipping information for a faster check out.
During the checkout process, while choosing your shipping carrier there is an option for local pickup. The pickup location is Downtown Vancouver.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up, usually within 24 hours of it being placed.

We provide free shipping on all Canada + US orders over 100$ (pretax), and 15$ flat rate Canada wide shipping
For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, you are given the option at checkout to choose your preferred shipping cost and estimated timeframe.
Based on the shipping address provided, all Canadian orders will be subject to their provincial/territorial sales tax upon checkout.
Recipients are responsible for US + International orders that are subject to customs duties and fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide duty estimates.
Upon adding a product to your cart there will be an option to fill out a box with a personalized message that we can attach to the order. This filled out box will let us know that it is a gift, and we will print a gift invoice with the order.
If you need to add a personalized note to a order after you have checked out, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make these updates for you.
If the order has not already been shipped, and is still in our warehouse we can update or cancel your order.
Please contact us right away with your order information, so we can support with this.
Shipping times depend on your location and option chosen.
We work hard to get all orders out as soon as we receive them. The majority of orders ship same day, and at latest the following business day.
*Please note that once an order has left our warehouse we are unable to control shipping times
We take great care in ensuring all orders are in perfect condition prior to fulfilment.
In the unlikely event that an order does arrive damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged product, packaging and carton it arrived in for insurance purposes.
We cannot take responsiblity for any missing packages that show delivery to the shipping address that was entered during checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly for successful delivery! If you realize there is an error contact us right away and we will do our best to help.
Items returned back to us due to incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer's expense. If you choose not to reship your order, we will refund your total cost excluding the shipping fees.
